Job summary

COMFORT TRANSPORTATION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver excellent service for P2P bookings and client inquiries. This full-time role is based in the North-East Region and requires a proactive, team-oriented approach.

You will handle real-time service recovery, manage initial stakeholder feedback, and support other operational areas as needed. Shifts availability is appreciated to meet customer demand.

• Process point-to-point (P2P) bookings and handle related inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Attend to and manage initial feedback from stakeholders within the defined scope.
• Support additional operational areas beyond P2P as the scope expands.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor(s).

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the North-East Region and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you’ll be doing

• Process point-to-point (P2P) bookings and handle related enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide real-time service recovery to affected parties when required, in accordance with established procedures.
• Attend to and manage initial feedback from relevant stakeholders within the defined scope of operational support.
• Support additional operational areas beyond P2P services as and when the operational scope is expanded.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior (s)
