Job summary

SISTIC.com Pte Ltd invites applications for a Part Time Customer Service Assistant (Call Centre) to support ticket bookings and handle customer enquiries via hotline. You will work in a fast-paced call centre environment, delivering friendly service while resolving issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates have call centre experience, are able to rotate shifts including weekends and public holidays, and possess a positive, can-do attitude. GCE O/A Level or Diploma or higher preferred.
