The Laundry Club Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Clementi West Region team on a full-time basis. You will be the friendly face and voice of our company, handling inquiries across phone, email, and in-person interactions to help customers make confident choices and ensure smooth service.

You will process orders, manage accounts, resolve complaints, and coordinate service deliveries, while building strong relationships and maintaining accurate records.

The Laundry Club is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in the Clementi West Region on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers across various touchpoints. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital part in building strong customer relationships, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and service quality. Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy
