Job summary

The Care Svc Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Laundry Operator to join our Kim Chuan Warehouse team in Singapore. You will handle daily laundry tasks, from washing to packaging, while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a friendly team, learn garment-care skills, and gain hands-on experience through practical duties and customer order processing. No prior experience required—just reliability, initiative, and good teamwork.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be responsible, hardworking and proactive.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable with mobile apps, PC, email, Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of laundry, ironing and garment care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store opening and closing.
• Receive and process customer laundry orders.
• Handle washing, drying, ironing, folding and packaging.
• Register and update orders and sales in the system.
• Check garments for fabric type, stains and special care requirements.
• Select the appropriate cleaning method for different garments.
• Sort laundry by color, fabric, cleaning method and level of dirt.
• Inspect finished garments to ensure good quality.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Complete all orders according to the required timeline and quality standards.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store opening and closing




• Receive and process customer laundry orders




• Handle washing, drying, ironing, folding and packaging




• Register and update orders and sales in the system




• Check garments for fabric type, stains and special care requirements




• Select the appropriate cleaning method for different garments




• Sort laundry by color, fabric, cleaning method and level of dirt




• Inspect finished garments to ensure good quality




• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area




• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
