Job summary

Laundry Club is seeking a responsible and customer-friendly Customer Service Delivery Driver in Singapore to support our laundry pickup and delivery operations. You will pick up and deliver laundry to customers’ homes, transfer items between branches, and ensure courteous service during collection and delivery.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, maintaining vehicle condition, and coordinating with the team for smooth routing.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence required.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to perform manual tasks and handle laundry loads when required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver laundry items to customers’ homes.
• Transfer laundry items between branches and locations.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during collection and delivery.
• Ensure all laundry items are handled carefully and delivered accurately.
• Verify orders and highlight any discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily routing and fulfilment.
