The Laundry Club Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Clementi West Region team on a full-time basis. You will be the friendly face and voice of our company, handling inquiries across phone, email, and in-person interactions to help customers make confident choices and ensure smooth service.

You will process orders, manage accounts, resolve complaints, and coordinate service deliveries, while building strong relationships and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Experience or familiarity with customer service software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time.
• Patient and empathetic when dealing with customers.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Willingness to work weekends and retail hours.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
