Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in laundry operations or a related role.

• Basic mechanical knowledge of laundry machinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packing.
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure sufficient manpower for each shift.
• Assign tasks and schedule work shifts based on operational needs.
• Inspect finished items to ensure all quality standards are consistently met.
• Oversee proper handling and safe usage of laundry chemicals and equipment.
• Train new employees in laundry procedures, machinery operation, and safety protocols.
• Handle minor equipment repairs or report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and place orders when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the laundry workspace.
• Uphold hygiene and health regulations in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate laundry requirements.
