Job summary

Allgreen Properties Limited invites applications for a Customer Service member at Great World City. You will be the brand ambassador at the mall, handle customer inquiries at the Customer Service Counter, and support loyalty programs and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, is fluent in English, and able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
• Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
• Maintain high level of customer service standards
• Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
• Support Great Rewards and Marcomm team in facilitating voucher purchases, mall redemptions and other marketing initiatives as and when required
• Mall roving duties to assist shoppers, engage tenants and inspection of common areas/retail spaces/facilities
• Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
