Job summary

Oriental Remedies East Coast in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Service Associate to be the frontline for patients and partners, manage appointments, and handle walk-ins with warmth and professionalism. You will promote clinic services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to revenue through upselling while delivering excellent service.

Immediate availability and healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or telemarketing experience in retail or healthcare.
• Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, massage, or spa setting is preferred.
• Immediate availability or short-start dates are advantageous.
• Passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or healthcare industry.
