Job summary

Aptiv in Singapore is seeking a CQ Engineer to manage customer quality issues, lead root cause analyses, and drive corrective actions across the supply chain.

You will coordinate with production, engineering and suppliers, support ISIR/PPAP submissions for new products, monitor quality performance and participate in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in automotive quality, customer quality, or manufacturing quality.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP/ISIR, 4M change, 8D, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, quality issue resolution, and corrective action management.
• Good communication and coordination skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement activities.
• English communication skills preferred.

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Experience in customer complaint handling, quality issue resolution, and corrective action management.

• Ability to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement activities.
• English communication skills preferred.
