Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Manufacturing Quality team in Singapore. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve customer quality concerns and drive CAPAs across functions.

Role focuses on root-cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and audit management to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015. You will contribute to continuous improvement and data-driven quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, CAPA, root cause analysis, and audit management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in quality data analysis tools and SPC/Lean Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to address customer quality concerns.
• Lead cross-functional investigations for customer complaints and quality incidents.
• Develop, implement, and monitor CAPA for customer quality issues.
• Validate effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
• Support customer audits and track audit findings and improvement actions.
