Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (Customer Support) to handle customer quality issues and support product and process improvements locally.

You will work with internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, perform data analysis using statistical tools, and assist with external audits to TS & ISO standards; travel overseas and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• Semiconductor industry experience in customer quality support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of QC tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D) and statistical software (DOE, JMP) preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel overseas and work overtime when required (avg 2–3 times per month).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer quality issues and support product/process improvement activities.
• Work with internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform process optimization and data analysis using statistical tools.
• Support external audits based on TS & ISO requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and support other quality-related activities.
