Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Customer Program Specialist to manage customer programs, coordinate order flows, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure on-time delivery.

You will maintain data-driven processes, prepare quotes, resolve issues with invoicing, and drive continuous improvements in CRM and project-management tools to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or program management.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes processes/programs for opportunities to improve effectiveness and/or efficiencies.
• Resolves invoicing problems with the Customer & UCT Finance; negotiates pricing changes as required by process.
• Manages order status, production scheduling, and on-time delivery; communicates with customers and internal teams.
• Maintains and reports inventory levels and customer-owned inventory usage; supports forecast and planning.
