Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Customer Program Specialist in Singapore to review processes, manage orders, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery. You will work with internal teams to renegotiate agreements, resolve scheduling blocks, and manage inventory and pricing changes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field and 3–5 years in customer service or program management, with strong CRM and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or program management.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze processes/programs for opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiencies (bias to automate in Account Operations).
• Redlines GPA and ISA for renegotiation by UCT Account Executives.
• Identify expedite fees on inside lead-time orders; pull-ins; drop-ins.
• Receive, review and monitor status of customer orders; resolve issues impacting on-time delivery.
• Resolve production scheduling and shipping blocks in ERP; escalate as needed.
• Escalate material/capacity planning information to align site commit to customer need dates.
• Ensure sales order need date changes are managed within the frozen window.
• Negotiate pricing changes as required by business process.
• Produce revenue forecast for product line/site (if asked).
• Manage and report consignment/PACE programs OTD & inventory levels – weekly.
