Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Customer Program Specialist II to manage order execution across production, NPI, and RMA, and oversee related commercial activities such as quotes, AR, claims and credit memos.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in customer service or program management, strong Excel/MS Project skills, and a data-driven, detail-oriented mindset to drive on-time shipments and accurate dashboards.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and data/fact driven; present business cases using data.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational follow-up.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented order management and commercial procedures.
• Contact customers by phone or email to provide order and status updates.
• Escalates mis-alignments to Supervisor as needed.
• Maintain Customer Dashboards, scorecards, and ERP system weekly.
• Ensure on-time shipments and reconcile with customers weekly.
• Support pricing, quotes, and credit memo processes where required.
