Job summary

Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a driven sales professional to manage a portfolio of new customers and help SMBs grow with Google Ads. You will onboard customers, set them up for long-term success, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handovers and ongoing value.

You will provide strategic guidance to maximize ROI, build trusted relationships, and actively promote Google products to drive incremental outcomes for advertisers and Google alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a new customer portfolio for six months to set them up for long-term success with their digital advertising journey.
• Deliver against assigned customer goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
• Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships. Tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and promote other Google products.
• Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
