Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Loyalty Executive in Singapore to build personalized experiences and deepen engagement using AI tools. The role involves reaching out to customers after purchase, crafting warm messages, and coordinating loyalty activities.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm on Henderson Road, with responsibilities spanning CRM maintenance, birthday greetings, ambassador program support, and close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Customer Experience or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience is welcome.
• Comfortable using AI tools for everyday work.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers after purchase via email, SMS or other channels.
• Write warm and personalized messages based on each customer's purchase and journey.
• Follow up with new customers after delivery.
• Maintain and update customer information, birthdays, important dates, and engagement records.
• Coordinate birthday greetings, appreciation messages, gifts and other customer initiatives.
• Support and grow our global Ambassador Program.
• Come up with creative ideas to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Use AI / digital tools to assist with writing, personalization, organization and customer engagement.
• Track customer responses and feedback and identify ways we can improve the customer experience.
• Work closely with our Marketing, Operations and Management teams on customer-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Personally reach out to customers after their purchase via email, SMS or other communication channels.
• Write warm and personalized messages based on each customer's purchase and journey.
• Follow up with new customers after their product has been delivered.
• Maintain and update customer information, birthdays, important dates, and engagement records.
• Coordinate birthday greetings, appreciation messages, gifts and other customer initiatives.
• Support and grow our global Ambassador Program.
• Come up with creative ideas to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Use AI / digital tools to assist with writing, personalization, organization and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Customer Experience or a related field.

• Comfortable using AI tools for everyday work.
• Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, Canva, email marketing or automation tools is a plus.
• An interest in luxury, watches, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle brands would be an advantage.
