Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Loyalty Executive to manage post-purchase outreach, personalize communications, and nurture brand loyalty for our luxury watches and lifestyle brands. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Management to deliver engaging customer experiences.

You will use AI-powered tools for writing and automation, maintain accurate customer records, and help grow our Ambassador program through creative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Customer Experience or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience are welcome.
• Comfortable using AI tools for everyday work.
• Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, Canva, email marketing or automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Personally reach out to customers after their purchase via email, SMS or other communication channels.
• Write warm and personalized messages based on each customer's purchase and journey.
• Follow up with new customers after their product has been delivered.
• Maintain and update customer information, birthdays, important dates, and engagement records.
• Coordinate birthday greetings, appreciation messages, gifts and other customer initiatives.
• Support and grow our global Ambassador Program.
• Come up with creative ideas to engage customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Use AI / digital tools to assist with writing, personalization, organization and customer engagement.
• Track customer responses and feedback and identify ways we can improve the customer experience.
• Work closely with our Marketing, Operations and Management teams on customer-related initiatives.
