Job summary

MCI Career Services is hiring a Customer Care Officer/Executive (Sales) for a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role focuses on growing Residential and Small Commercial customer bases and selling solutions through multiple channels.

The position requires a Diploma or Degree in Business, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems. Work locations include Somerset or Tuas with regular office hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Residential and Small Commercial segments by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Sell Residential and Small Commercial solutions across channels (hotline, online, in-person).
• Assist with account servicing tasks during peak periods as needed.
• Support development and implementation of new digital initiatives to adapt to market changes.
• Contribute to other company activities aligned with its vision.
