Job summary

MCI Career Services in Singapore is seeking a Customer Care Officer/Executive (Account Servicing) for a 1-year contract. You will handle customer inquiries via hotline, email, and online channels, delivering quality service.

Qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Business or related field; strong written and spoken communication; and proficiency in MS Office, ERP or CRM. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm, with work locations at Somerset or Tuas.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver quality customer service via existing channels such as our hotline, email inbox and online enquiries.
• Familiarize and address the enquiries with the Residential, Small Commercial and Tenants segments.
• Support the ongoing development of new/ digital initiatives as the company embraces new technologies to keep up with an evolving market.
• Supporting the company's other activities in line with its overall vision as a leading electricity retailer in Singapore.
