The role includes liaising with production and technical services, ensuring accurate document collation, and providing updates to customers. This position also requires covering duties during the absence of the Purchasing & Admin Manager, making it essential for candidates to be adaptable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Customers for all orders including confirmation.
• Liase with Logistics department to arrange vessel shipment schedule.
• Liaising with Production department regarding orders and manufacturing data.
• Collate documents as requested by customers with Technical Services.
• Order Procurement - Allocation and checking of raw materials.
• Issuance of sample batch forms for customer requests.
• Update records for Purchase Order receipts and Incoming Stock Gain.
• Covering Inventory and Purchasing duties when the manager is absent.
• Update and provide the Product List to customers monthly.
• Any other adhoc tasks related to administrative responsibilities.
