Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their experience
• Accurately take and process customer orders using various payment methods including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit cards to ensure efficient transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and promotions to provide accurate information and promote sales
• Keep the workspace clean and organized to support smooth operations and comply with hygiene standards
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures consistently to ensure product quality and customer safety
