THE FAMOUS AMOS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE SINGAPORE PTE LTD is looking for an Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in our busy store. You will manage a frontend team, handle orders, cash, and vouchers, train new staff, and help drive sales through promotions while maintaining food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions and sales strategies.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and safe environment.
• Keep workspace clean, organized and efficient.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff.
