Job summary

RECRUIT HAUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Crew to join our bakery/café team at Clarke Quay/Fort Canning MRT. You will greet customers, promote offerings, and handle POS transactions in a fast-paced retail/F&B environment.

This full-time role requires a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Rotating shifts are from 9:00am to 10:00pm, five days a week, including public holidays.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and passion for customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in bakery, café, retail, or F&B operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Recommend products and promote ongoing offers.
• Operate POS systems, payment terminals, and food delivery devices.
• Ensure products are well displayed and adequately replenished.
• Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Support daily outlet operations and collaborate with team members.
