U Aesthetics is seeking a friendly, organised and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Singapore. You will welcome customers, manage appointments, respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, handle payments, and coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.

Excellent communication and a customer-service mindset are essential. The role suits someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
