Job summary

U Aesthetics is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to join our growing Singapore team. You will welcome customers, manage appointments and respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, while handling payments at the front desk.

The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Beauty/aesthetics experience or customer service background is a plus; you should work well independently and as part of a team.
