Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd's Vehicle Rentals team seeks a Customer Experience Executive to assist customers in finding the right rental solution. You will engage through walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries, guiding options and converting leads into bookings while delivering excellent customer experience.

The role requires 1-2 years of customer-facing sales experience, strong sales conversion, and bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer-facing sales experience across retail, telecom, banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong sales conversion and objection-handling skills, with ability to meet targets.
• Bilingual communication abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting rental vehicles and packages.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, emails, and online leads.
• Convert enquiries into appointments and bookings.
• Explain vehicle options, rental plans, insurance, and promotions.
• Process reservations and rental documentation accurately.
• Recommend relevant add-ons and services.

Salary: Up to $2,700/month + Incentives
Contract: Minimum 12 Months

About the Role

Join our Vehicle Rentals team and help customers find the right rental solution for their needs. You'll engage customers through walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries, guide them through available options, and convert leads into bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have (Prioritized):

1. 1-2 years of customer-facing sales experience Retail, telco, banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, or similar industries
2. Strong sales conversion and objection-handling skills Comfortable engaging customers and achieving targets
3. Bilingual communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Telemarketing or telesales experience
• Experience handling high volumes of customer interactions
• Familiarity with CRM systems
