Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to promote our car-rental services to corporate and individual customers from the Ubi location. You will identify new opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals, and manage existing accounts to drive growth.

You will achieve sales targets, present vehicle or fleet solutions, coordinate with Operations on availability and delivery, and ensure complete, compliant sales documentation.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Prior sales, business-development or customer-facing experience would be advantageous.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and developing new customer accounts.
• Results-oriented and capable of meeting individual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market car-rental services to corporate and individual customers.
• Identify and secure new customers through cold calling, telemarketing, networking and referrals.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable vehicle or fleet solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and coordinate test drives where required.
• Coordinate with the Operations team on vehicle availability, delivery, collection and servicing arrangements.
• Ensure that sales documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and pipeline records.

• Position: Sales Executive
• Location: Ubi
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,000 Gross (Basic Salary $2,000 + Transport Allowance $1,200 + Average Commission $3,000-$5,000) + AWS + Variable Bonus + Staff Benefits
