Job summary

TY INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to handle inquiries, troubleshoot complaints, and coordinate after-sales services.

You will build strong customer relationships, prepare quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and high satisfaction. Minimum 2 years' experience and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years related working experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot complaints via emails, calls, and WA in a timely manner.
• Schedule arrangement for after-sale servicing and follow up through reminder calls or email.
• Review service/maintenance reports and verify findings, risks and recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries on repairs, spare parts, and other services.
• Offering and sales of repairs, retrofits & spare parts.
• Provide prices and prepare quotes for customers.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions/databases.
• Proactively monitor customer's orders and resolve issues before it becomes critical.
• Work collaboratively with other internal departments to delivery customer's request(s).
• Build, maintain good relationship with our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
