Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking a Senior MECM/Intune Customer Engineer in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering and supporting SCCM-based solutions, with Intune Co-Management, reporting, and performance tuning for enterprise customers.

You will engage with customer leadership, design architectures, and guide deployments across a spectrum of SCCM-related tasks while enabling strong co-management with Intune and robust reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a depth expert and technology owner for SCCM.
• Experience with Intune and Co-Management.
• Ability to present to customer leadership at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, review and assess health of SCCM infrastructure.
• Upgrade, update and maintain the SCCM hierarchy.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize performance.
• Assist with reporting and planning Co-Management with Intune.
• Provide training on SCCM to ensure customer goals are met.

The MECM (aka SCCM)/Intune Customer Engineer will work directly with customers, as a

consultant and technical advisor to:

• Design, Deploy, Review and Assess the health of the infrastructure and clients
• Upgrade, update and maintain the SCCM hierarchy
• Troubleshoot issues with infrastructure and clients
• Tune and optimize for performance
• Assist with reporting
• Assist in setting up SCCM Co-Management with Intune
• Assist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Software Updates feature
• Assist in planning, reviewing and troubleshooting Task Sequences
• Provide training in all areas of SCCM to ensure customer goals are met

3 years working as a depth expert and technology owner or consultant for SCCM

Ability to present to multiple levels of customer leadership.

Ability to act as a consultant and architect for multiple customers.

• Intune and Co-Management experience
• SSRS Reporting and/or PowerBI experience

Deep level knowledge in at least 3 of the above categories
