Job summary

ICON OUTSOURCING in Singapore seeks an experienced MECM/SCCM administrator to manage a large enterprise MECM estate, design OS deployment, and orchestrate monthly patching and vulnerability remediation. You will package, test, and deploy software, monitor site health, and troubleshoot complex issues across distributed teams.

The role requires strong PowerShell automation, AD/GP, and familiarity with Intune, Defender, and security best practices in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive MECM/SCCM administration in large enterprises, including OS deployment.
• Strong PowerShell skills for automation and reporting.
• Experience with Intune co-management and Defender security tools.
• Proficient in AD, Group Policy, DNS, WSUS, PKI and network fundamentals.
• Experience packaging deployments (MSI/PSADT) and software distribution.
• Familiar with ServiceNow, vulnerability remediation, and audit evidence requirements.
• Excellent problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize MECM/SCCM infrastructure.
• Design and support OS deployment for Windows clients/servers.
• Plan monthly security patching and software updates; remediate vulnerabilities.
• Package, test, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise apps via MECM.
• Monitor site health across MP, DP, SUP, boundaries, and clients.
• Provide L3 troubleshooting for health, content distribution, and deployments.
• Produce endpoint reports for governance stakeholders.
• Integrate MECM with Intune; support co-management initiatives.
• Partner with security teams on baselines and remediation activities.
• Develop PowerShell automation for admin tasks and health checks.
• Support endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, refresh, decommissioning.
• Coordinate incidents and changes via ServiceNow; contribute to RCAs.
• Maintain technical docs, SOPs, and platform standards.
• Provide guidance to admins and coordinate across distributed teams.
