Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to support and maintain enterprise Windows and mobile endpoints across the organization.

You will work with infrastructure, security and service desk teams to deliver reliable endpoint services, drive improvements, and support end-to-end device lifecycle management including patching, configuration and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint management environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints and mobile device management.
• Knowledge of software deployment, application packaging and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Experience administering Group Policy and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Windows patch management and endpoint security.
• Experience using PowerShell or Batch scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and endpoint compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior engineers will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint & Device Management: Administer and support Windows endpoints via Intune, SCCM/MECM, Entra ID.
• Mobile Device Management: Enrolment, compliance policies, app deployment and security settings.
• Endpoint Administration: Manage Intune policies, config profiles, app deployment and device compliance.
• Software Deployment & Patch Management: Deploy OS and apps via SCCM and Intune, manage updates.
• Security & Automation: Support vulnerability remediation, build PowerShell automation, improve processes.
• Technical Support & Incident Management: Provide Level 2 support, root cause analysis, cross‑team collaboration.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain docs, reports, and service improvements.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to support and maintain enterprise endpoint environments across Windows devices and mobile platforms. The role focuses on endpoint administration, software deployment, device lifecycle management, patching, security compliance, and technical escalation.

You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to deliver reliable endpoint services, improve workplace technologies, and support enterprise‑wide endpoint management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint & Device Management

• Administer and support enterprise Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage the full endpoint lifecycle, including device provisioning, deployment, configuration, compliance, refresh and retirement.
• Monitor endpoint health and ensure devices remain secure, compliant and operational.
• Support workplace technology improvements and endpoint modernization initiatives.

Mobile Device Management

• Manage corporate mobile devices, including iPads, through Microsoft Intune.
• Configure device enrolment, compliance policies, application deployment and security settings.
• Troubleshoot mobile device issues and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Endpoint Administration

• Manage Microsoft Intune policies, configuration profiles, application deployment and device compliance.
• Support hybrid endpoint management environments integrating SCCM and Intune.
• Implement Conditional Access policies and troubleshoot endpoint management issues.

Software Deployment & Patch Management

• Deploy operating systems, enterprise applications and software updates through SCCM and Intune.
• Package, test and distribute business applications across enterprise environments.
• Manage Windows updates, security patches and third‑party software deployments.
• Monitor deployment success and resolve endpoint compliance issues.

Security & Automation

• Support endpoint security initiatives, vulnerability remediation and compliance activities.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation with relevant technical teams.
• Develop PowerShell and scripting solutions to automate administrative and operational tasks.
• Continuously improve endpoint management processes through automation.

Technical Support & Incident Management

• Act as the technical escalation point for endpoint‑related incidents.
• Provide advanced Level 2 support for endpoint, application and mobility issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, security and vendor teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Prepare reports on endpoint health, patch compliance and operational performance.
• Support service improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
