Job summary

Search staffing services pte ltd represents a multinational in heavy equipment, spare parts and accessories seeking a Sales Advisor (Order Processing) to join their team in Singapore.

You will act as the internal contact with customers and departments, processing requests for offers and orders efficiently to meet customer and company expectations. A successful candidate has at least 3 years of related sales experience and strong product/market knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal contact between customers and departments to ensure best service.
• Interpret, follow up, and process requests for offers/orders efficiently per procedures.
• Maintain proactive contact with customers to inform about products, services and promotions to grow turnover and market share.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to turn them into preferred partners.
• Contribute to counter sales desk management to uphold company image.
• Update knowledge about products, markets, and technical details to ensure offerings are up-to-date.
