Job summary

DIRECT SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support the Sales Development Team. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, coordinate deliveries and provide essential administrative support to keep daily sales operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with Logistics, Procurement and Finance to verify pricing, stock and terms, while building strong customer relationships and contributing to weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE, Diploma, or GCE 'O' Level qualification.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or order processing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the sales mailbox, prioritizing urgent customer enquiries and requests.
• Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, and other sales documentation in a timely manner.
• Process customer purchase orders and verify pricing, stock availability, and delivery terms.
• Follow up on outstanding enquiries and coordinate with third-party vendors on product availability.
• Support key customer accounts by providing prompt responses to enquiries and quotations.
• Track sales activities and support the team in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Liaise with Logistics, Procurement, Warehouse, and other internal departments to confirm stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required in coordination with the Finance team.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information within the company's systems.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
