Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service-oriented individual in Singapore to support email inquiries with timely and professional responses. You will perform basic checks on transactions, ensure forms and documents are completed correctly, and engage with customers considering policy surrender while addressing their concerns.

You will record interactions and coordinate with the Contact Centre Team Lead and internal teams to ensure requests are handled appropriately.

Qualifications

• Some customer service experience preferred.
• Able to commit for at least 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to simple customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform basic checks on customer transactions and ensure proper completion of forms and documents for faster processing.
• Engage customers who are considering surrendering their policies and understand their concerns and needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Work closely with the Contact Centre Team Lead and relevant internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately.
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
