Job summary

Givaudan Singapore is seeking a Customer Care Representative on a 12-month contract to handle the end-to-end sales order process from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, operations and sales, respond to inquiries, coordinate priorities, monitor stock and schedules, and maintain complete customer records.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years customer care experience in the food industry (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Order Entry Systems and Inventory Management; Incoterms knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order process—from receipt to shipment—ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with operations and sales to meet needs.
• Communicate daily with customers, operations, and sales to align priorities and maintain smooth order flow.
• Monitor client schedules, stock positions, and demand planning with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and process invoices, debit/credit notes, returns, and shipment notifications.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records and agreements.
