• Handle calls within First Call Resolution; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Create or update customer interactions accurately within CRM.
• Provide feedback on policies and procedures based on customer input.
• Meet productivity targets (AHT, TPH, SL) at individual and team level.
• Maintain wellbeing and contribute productively.
• Meet quality targets (CSAT, quizzes, audits).
• Cross-train in another skillset or domain.
