Job summary

CELECTI PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic customer service professional to join its team in the eastern region. You will handle enquiries, provide accurate information on services and appointments, and support booking activities using internal systems and web portals.

This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, good interpersonal skills, and computer literacy including MS Office. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level / Diploma holders.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; candidates with experience in a healthcare setting will be advantageous.
• Computer literate, preferably in MS Office, Excel, Word etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally via incoming calls/ emails.
• Provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date information on services, appointments etc.
• Manage appointment bookings and related administrative tasks through internal systems and web portals.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, appointments, and customer feedback.
• Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates, clarify information, and address issues.
• Maintain high service standards while achieving individual and team performance targets.
