Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore is seeking a Training Curriculum Planner responsible for planning and implementing the training curriculum. You will analyse user needs, design learning solutions and coordinate delivery with internal and external partners.

The role requires background in training, design or learning, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills are essential; cybersecurity certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education in training, design, learning or development fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, etc.). Applicants with no experience may apply.
