Responsibilities

• Manage the institute's online learning portal and learner enrollment.
• Collaborate with schools to develop course curricula and plans.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with directives and guidelines.
• Develop content with learning science, diagnostics, dashboards, and multi‑modal delivery.
• Oversee learning materials and knowledge management for trainers.
• Coordinate onboarding for new trainers and track attendance.
• Handle multiple tasks with strong scheduling and efficient workflows.
• Coordinate across agencies in time‑sensitive environments.
