Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Curriculum Project Lead to drive end-to-end design and implementation of adult-learning programs. You will craft engaging learning journeys, align materials to outcomes and competency frameworks, and work with SMEs and product managers to ensure timely delivery.

You will also coordinate trainers and curriculum developers, manage project scopes and budgets, and continuously improve offerings through reviews and learner feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end curriculum projects in adult learning.
• Design engaging learning journeys, course materials and assessments aligned to outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of curriculum projects from design through implementation and improvement.
• Design learning journeys and assessments aligned to outcomes and competency frameworks.
• Develop and maintain curriculum mappings and documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers to define scope, priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate curriculum developers, trainers and SMEs to deliver outcomes.
• Manage schedules, resources, risks and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate reviews, pilots and validation activities.
• Quality reviews and observations to drive improvements.
• Analyze learner feedback and business needs to enhance curriculum.

Education

Degree in Education / Adult Learning / Instructional Design

WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)

WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)

TAEPP Registry affiliation (active)
