Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Curriculum Designer to design and develop curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case studies and assessments for training workshops across assigned subjects.

You will apply instructional design models to ensure pedagogical soundness and adapt content for adult learners in a professional context, including translating complex material into accessible training resources and developing blended learning modules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, HR, Education, Training & Development or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant curriculum development experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, facilitator guides, workbooks, case studies and assessments.
• Apply instructional design models to ensure pedagogical soundness and alignment to outcomes.
• Translate complex content into clear, structured training materials for varied learner levels.
• Develop blended and multi‑modal learning materials (in-person, e‑learning, reference materials).
• Incorporate Singapore context, regulatory frameworks and industry examples for local relevance.
• Review and update curriculum materials to stay current with industry developments.
• Coordinate with trainers to gather feedback and revise curricula accordingly.
• Maintain version control and archive curriculum assets for authorised access.
• Quality check materials prior to delivery, ensuring proofreading and alignment with objectives.
• Engage with clients in scoping discussions and proposals for customised training programmes.
