Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house experience building culture or competency frameworks.
• Ability to translate data into practical solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision.
• Strong project management and deadline discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed Core Competency Frameworks across HR systems.
• Develop and implement functional competency frameworks.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business units to create assessments and learning paths.
• Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
