Job summary

Sentosa Leisure Management is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Organisation and Talent Development team. You will lead the development and embedding of Core Competency Frameworks (CCF) and functional frameworks, partnering with business units to translate strategy into practical people programmes.

You will work across levels of the organisation, design interventions, monitor effectiveness, and champion data-driven insights to improve workforce capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on, in-house experience developing and implementing culture and/or competency frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into creative, practical solutions.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work with minimal supervision.
• Outcome-focused, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships across levels and functions, in both one-to-one and group settings.
• Experience facilitating workshops or group interventions across various levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement programmes to build the desired organisational culture and embed the Core Competency Framework across HR systems and processes.
• Support and facilitate targeted interventions for business units to build the required team culture.
• Review the CCF and its implementation and propose enhancements to keep it relevant.
• Collect and analyse data to support organisational health analytics and translate insights into actions.
• Develop, implement and review functional competency frameworks and drive adoption across the organisation.
