As CTO Business Partner, you will lead technology strategy, solution design, and commercial negotiations, directing architecture modernisation and end-to-end delivery while building client relationships and driving profitable growth across our banking

Qualifications

• Banking domain expertise across operations and transactions.
• Proven technology leadership at CTO/DT level.
• Experience in solution architecture and software modernisation.
• Ability to productise projects into configurable software.
• Proven proposal and business-development skills.
• Commercial and negotiation capabilities with pricing and scope.
• End-to-end delivery experience from requirements to deployment and handover.
• Governance, security, and quality management in banking environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership.
• Education: degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent; professional certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy and Product Development: Define the technology roadmap and architecture modernisation strategy.
• New Solution Design and Proposals: Lead requirements analysis, feasibility, and PoC, prepare proposals.
• Business Opportunity Acquisition: Identify opportunities, build client relationships, and lead technical demonstrations and tenders.
• Commercial and Contract Negotiation: Lead pricing, scope, milestones and IP considerations within approvals.
• Solution and Project Delivery: Oversee implementation, resources, quality, security, testing and deployment.
• Project Closure and Commercial Completion: Ensure client acceptance, complete documentation and invoicing, capture lessons learned.
• Ongoing Support and Business Growth: Establish maintenance, drive product improvements and renewals.
