Job summary

NTT Data Singapore seeks a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and implement productivity solutions for digital workers in the banking sector. You will translate business goals into robust technology solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

You will lead technical designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive risk-aware delivery across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in solution architecture with productivity/digital workforce focus.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with telephony, endpoint design and OS management.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate them into scalable architecture.
• Design and implement productivity solutions for digital workers in banking.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate complex concepts to business units and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; create architecture docs.
