Michael Page International is seeking a senior technology leader for a pioneering banking institution. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on defining and executing an enterprise technology strategy across AI, cloud, and digital banking initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of technology leadership experience in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Proven track record leading large-scale technology organisations and complex estates.
• Experience building and scaling digital-first banking platforms, operations and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, resilience and governance.
• Ability to partner with the CEO and executive team while remaining hands-on when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the bank's enterprise technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technology, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity and operations for 80-90 professionals (internal and outsourced).
• Drive platform scalability, resilience, and service reliability across banking systems.
• Partner with business, risk, compliance and operations leaders on strategic transformation.
• Identify tech risks and bottlenecks and implement remediation.
• Champion AI, cloud-based architecture, digital banking and emerging tech.
• Develop high-performing teams, succession plans and governance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
