Job summary

Anchorage Digital seeks an OTC Trader for the Trading Solutions team to manage client hedging needs, optimize execution, and manage risk within firm guardrails. The role emphasizes responsiveness to client and market dynamics and gradual tooling upgrades across the desk.

You will engage in both electronic and voice trading, mentor junior team members, and stay attuned to market narratives to inform trading strategies. Weekend rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
• Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform principal trading exposure management and build pricing/risk models.
• Lead efforts to automate hedge execution and support complex trades.
• Assist risk management with controls on aggregate market exposure and guardrails.
• Respond to changing exposures and client questions, including weekend rotations.
