Fazz is seeking an OTC Sales Trader to support pricing, execution, and settlement of digital asset trades for institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, preferably in finance, economics or related fields.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets, trading, and digital assets.
• Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts (OTC knowledge is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution.
• Assist in trade negotiation preparation and client communication.
• Help monitor market conditions such as price movements, volatility, and liquidity across venues.
• Assist in sourcing liquidity from internal systems, exchanges, and external partners under supervision.
• Support order management while following established trading limits, risk controls, and compliance guidelines.
• Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations and basic reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate trade records and support reporting or documentation needs.
• Participate in client onboarding discussions to learn about trading mechanics, settlement flows, and supported assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and contribute ideas for improving OTC processes.
