Job summary

MEXC is seeking an experienced Partnerships & Listing Lead to source high-quality crypto projects and drive token listings globally. You will coordinate with listing, tech, compliance, market-making, and marketing teams to execute bundled campaigns and lasting collaborations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in crypto/Web3, strong business communication, and fluency in English and Chinese. You will build partner pipelines, monitor market trends, and strengthen the platform's ecosystem through

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional crypto/Web3 industry experience with exchange, project-side, or ecosystem-partnership roles.
• Business-level bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese; capable of outreach and negotiations with overseas counterparties.
• Existing network of project teams, market-making firms, KOLs or other Web3 ecosystem channels is strongly preferred.
• Bonus: end-to-end listing track record on top-tier crypto exchanges; Launchpad/asset-issuance or ecosystem operation experience.

• Track sector trends and listing moves; produce project intelligence and trend analysis for internal strategy.
• Maintain long-term relationships with live-listed project teams and drive repeat collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and pro‑prospect high‑quality global crypto projects across key verticals including BTC‑ecosystem, Meme, AI, RWA and TradFi‑related new‑asset segments; continuously build and expand high‑quality project partner pipelines. ‑
• Conduct initial project screening and assessment against exchange listing criteria covering project fundamentals, on‑chain metrics, community health, smart‑contract audit status and market‑making commitments. Lead cross‑functional alignment with internal listing‑operations, tech, compliance, market‑making and marketing teams together with external project teams to drive smooth token listing execution.
• Design end‑to‑end bundled cooperation proposals for high‑potential projects, combining token listing plus Launchpad / Kickstarter / Airdrop+ campaigns, marketing initiatives and market‑making resources, to deepen project commitment and build benchmark partnership cases.
• Coordinate market‑makers, quantitative firms, media & KOLs and ecosystem resources; support pre‑ and post‑listing delivery of liquidity, brand exposure and user‑acquisition deliverables for partner projects.
• Track hot‑sector trends, competitor listing moves and project‑ecosystem updates; produce regular project intelligence and listing‑trend analysis to inform internal listing‑strategy decisions.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with live‑listed project teams, monitor post‑listing business performance, and drive repeat deep‑collaboration opportunities such as secondary campaigns, contract‑product expansion and joint ecosystem building to strengthen platform reputation within the project‑builder community.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience within crypto / Web3 industry, with hands‑on background from crypto exchange, Web3 project‑side or ecosystem‑partnership roles; solid practical knowledge of token‑listing workflows and project due‑diligence frameworks. ‑
• Proven business communication and negotiation capabilities; capable of representing the exchange for equal‑level conversations with core project‑founder teams. Business‑level bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English; must be comfortable conducting full‑cycle outreach and negotiations with overseas counterparties in English.
• Existing hands‑on network of project teams, market‑making firms, KOL influencers or other Web3‑ecosystem channels is strongly preferred.
• Bonus qualifications: Proven end‑to‑end track record of getting projects successfully listed on top‑tier crypto exchanges; hands‑on Launchpad / asset‑issuance or ecosystem‑operation experience; deep‑rooted network within one or more focus verticals (BTC‑ecosystem, Meme, AI, RWA); previous Web3‑project‑team background with dual‑perspective understanding of both exchange‑platform and project‑builder needs.
